Privacy

What we process. BoundedLoop receives email sent to addresses you provision and stores it so your account can read it back. We process the message envelope, headers, body, and attachments solely to deliver them to you.

Isolation. Every stored message is bound to exactly one account. Access requires a scoped token that can only ever read its own tenant. We do not sell, share, or train on your message content.

Boundary. All data processing happens on the boundedloop.net trust boundary. This marketing site (boundedloop.com) carries no customer data.

Retention & deletion. Revoke an address to stop ingestion immediately. Contact hello@boundedloop.com for account data export or deletion.

Subprocessors. Cloudflare (edge, storage), Neon (metadata), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (billing).
